If you refer someone to live in one of our houses or rent one of the shops and they stay here at least 3 weeks, you can earn up to a free week of rent. If their lease amount is greater than yours, you may earn a full week. If their lease amount is less than yours, you will earn up to the value of their lease.
For example, if you own a shop and pay 450L/wk, and a friend gets a Shop at 180/wk, you will earn 3 extra days of rent. The math: (450L/7 days = 64.28L/day; 180L/64.28L/day = 2.8 days, rounded up to 3)
It’s that simple. They must stay a full 3 weeks. After that, you will be credit the appropriate time to your box.

NOTE: Both parties must submit a notecard to Ikonn Giano with 48 hours of the first payment.
